Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, tetapi juga memperburuk ketidaksetaraan sosial di beberapa daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengaruh kebijakan publik terhadap ketidaksetaraan sosial di era digital, dengan penekanan pada akses terhadap teknologi, pendidikan digital, dan pengaruhnya terhadap lapangan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan analisis bibliometrik untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan pola yang ada dalam literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan publik yang bersifat inklusif dapat membantu mengurangi ketidaksetaraan sosial, sedangkan kebijakan yang eksklusif justru memperburuk keadaan tersebut. Kesimpulan ini menekankan pentingnya perumusan kebijakan yang memperhatikan akses dan pendidikan digital untuk membangun masyarakat yang lebih adil di era digital.
