Hubungan Coping Flexibility dengan Kualitas Tidur pada Dewasa Awal

Abstract
Individu pada masa peralihan menuju masa dewasa awal cenderung memiliki banyak tekanan. Salah satu cara untuk menangani tekanan yang dialami, perlu melakukan coping yang fleksibel dan adaptif. Dengan melakukan coping yang fleksibel dan adaptif, hal ini juga dapat berdampak pada kualitas tidur yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti hubungan coping flexibility dengan kualitas tidur pada dewasa awal. Adapun kriteria subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dewasa awal yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 240 responden yang berpartisipasi dengan mengisi melalui Google Form. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji Spearman. Hasil analisis uji korelasi Spearman menemukan bahwa coping flexibility dengan kualitas tidur memiliki hubungan yang lemah secara signifikan, r = 0,019; p < 0,05; one-tailed (hipotesis diterima). Arah hubungan kedua variabel adalah positif, sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa semakin baik coping flexibility, maka semakin baik kualitas tidur dewasa awal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membantu dewasa awal untuk menerapkan kualitas tidur yang baik yang dapat berdampak pada kognitif, dimana hal ini juga dapat mengembangkan fleksibilitas coping.
