Usia dan Kepercayaan Berkorelasi dengan Kepuasan terhadap Telemedicine pada Konsumen Usia 18 – 49 Tahun

Abstract
Telemedicine adalah layanan kesehatan yang dapat menghubungkan antara pasien dan pemberi pelayanan kesehatan dari jarak jauh. Penggunaan telemedicine semakin meningkat dengan adanya pandemi Covid 19. Kepuasan terhadap layanan telemedicine berpengaruh pada pengembangan aplikasi kedepannya. Kepercayaan pada layanan merupakan faktor penting bagi individu dalam menggunakan aplikasi telemedicine. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara usia dan kepercayaan dengan kepuasan telemedicine. Jenis penelitian adalah analisis observasional dengan desain studi potong silang. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan kuesioner Patient Trust Assesment Tool (PATAT) dan Telemedicine Satisfaction Quetionnairre (TSQ) pada konsumen telemedicine berusia 18-49 tahun. Analisis data menggunakan uji Korelasi Spearman dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS V26.0 for windows dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05. Kepercayaan berkorelasi positif dengan kepuasan terhadap Telemedicine (p=0,000; r=0,855), sedangkan usia memiliki korelasi negatif dengan kepuasan terhadap Telemedicine (p=0,005; r=-0,312). Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa semakin besar kepercayaan dan semakin muda usia maka akan semakin tinggi kepuasan konsumen terhadap telemedicine.
