Workshop AIK untuk Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Tenaga Kesehatan di Fasilitas Muhammadiyah Pati

Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) dan untuk menilai efektivitas lokakarya tentang profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan di fasilitas kesehatan Muhammadiyah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui lokakarya pendidikan yang melibatkan 30 tenaga kesehatan dengan menggunakan desain pra-uji dan pasca-uji kuasi-eksperimental. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert yang terdiri dari tiga domain: pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai AIK, profesionalisme berbasis AIK, dan penerapan nilai-nilai AIK dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji Peringkat Bertanda Wilcoxon. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata di semua domain setelah lokakarya, yaitu pemahaman AIK dari 3,99 menjadi 4,71, profesionalisme dari 4,00 menjadi 4,65, dan penerapan AIK dari 3,99 menjadi 4,69, dengan p < 0,001. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lokakarya tersebut meningkatkan pemahaman dan profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan berdasarkan nilai-nilai AIK. Program pendidikan berbasis nilai dapat digunakan sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat profesionalisme di fasilitas kesehatan berbasis Islam.
