Penggunaan Kartu Debit dan Kredit Nirkontak di Indonesia: Analisa Perilaku Konsumen

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intention to use kartu debit dan kartu kredit nirkontak (contactless) di Indonesia, mengingat tingkat adopsi teknologi pembayaran nirkontak di Indonesia masih relatif rendah dibandingkan negara lain. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan teoretis yang mengintegrasikan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yaitu perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan attitude toward using dengan Innovation Resistance Theory (IRT) yang menyoroti berbagai hambatan adopsi seperti value barrier, risk barrier, tradition barrier, image barrier, dan usage barrier, serta variabel trust sebagai faktor penting dalam penerimaan teknologi pembayaran modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran survei kepada pengguna kartu debit dan kredit di Indonesia, dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, dan HOC resistance barrier memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap attitude. Sedangkan attitude juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intention to use. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendorong sekaligus penghambat utama dalam proses adopsi kartu pembayaran nirkontak, serta memberikan kontribusi bagi industri perbankan, regulator, dan penyedia layanan pembayaran dalam upaya meningkatkan tingkat penggunaan, edukasi, keamanan, serta pengalaman pengguna terhadap teknologi contactless di Indonesia.
