Transformasi Digital dalam Manajemen SDM serta Dampaknya terhadap Produktivitas dan Kepuasan Pegawai

Abstract
Transformasi digital dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) berperan penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja pegawai, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap manajemen SDM, produktivitas pegawai, dan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui survei kepada 98 pegawai pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan, Disdukcapil dan Mal Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, data di analisis regresi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen SDM (t = 7,424; p < 0,05), produktivitas pegawai (t = 7,424; p < 0,05), dan kepuasan kerja pegawai (t = 5,825; p < 0,05). Penerapan teknologi dan pelatihan digital meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, yang berdampak positif pada kinerja organisasi dan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan kinerja pegawai di sektor publik, khususnya di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.
